Brief Answer:
Restrict fluid intake to 8-10 glasses daily.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
You should understand that, an adult needs only 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
If your kidneys work well, more the fluid intake, more the urine formed.
So, obviously you'll need to pass urine frequently.
Hope your doubt is cleared.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Scan report is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Just seen your scan report.
It's normal, except for mild fatty changes in the liver.
You can get your lipid profile test done.
It'll show if the fatty liver changes, has increased the bad cholesterol in blood.
Also, get your blood creatinine tested, to know if kidney function is normal.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you well.
