Brief Answer:
Possibility of migraine headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Nausea with headache is commonly seen in migraine attack.
Do you have migraine headache since early adulthood?
Is there any associated sensitivity to light or sound?
Nature of headache throbbing or bursting?
Any fever, visual loss, loss of consciousness, seizures, weakness in limbs, speech changes, facial deviation, deglutination problems?
Any other medical illness?
You can take pain killers like aceclofenac or naproxen for acute pain relief along with domperidone.
Visit to a neurologist will be helpful.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I got nauseated before I got headache. I take omeprazole for esophagitis, so I would think that would help with that. no fever. I also take ranitidine at night. I take gabapentine for neuropathy and pinched nerves I have in lower back. I just get tired of being nauseated. thanks
