Brief Answer:
None of the mentioned supplements, vitamins or medicines cause it

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am

After going through the medical details I would like to tell you that your smoking habit could be the underlying cause. As smoking causing sudden rise in Blood pressure which can further lead to nose bleed. Also sometimes when the inner skin of our nose gets drying and unknowingly we scratch it then it bleeds.

It's advisable that you should quit smoking and monitor your blood pressure regularly. If it stays beyond 140/90 then you need to start antihypertensives like beta blockers or calcium channel blockers.

I hope this will answer your query. If you have any other doubts you can ask me or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

I wish you good health
