Brief Answer:
Find out allergens

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This could be a simple allergy and it may be short lived. You should first try to find out what and how are your contacting the allergen. Once you find this out you can avoid it. Most of the people outgrow this sensitivity reaction sooner with the help of their internal defence.

so it is right to understand what are you contracting and avoiding it. You can use Cetrizine or other antihistamines in case you have runny nose.

Hi,
Should i continue this Cetrizine or other antihistamines medicine for some time regularly ? As i am taking one and immediately i am getting fine but stopped for long and again i start getting same. Is it any harm to take more Cetrizine or other antihistamines?

Brief Answer:
Take when necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I do not suggest regular medication in this situation when the symptom does not bother you. Long term antihistamine can cause dehydration, constipation, indigestion, addiction so on. So it is better to take when you actually see the symptom to be problematic for the moment.

Thank you.
