Brief Answer:
Most likely due to malabsorption syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to malabsorption syndrome. A stool routine examination should be carried out to rule out the condition. Usually it is caused by protozoans like giardia. In such case i would suggest taking antibiotics like metronidazole or tinidazole along with probiotics.

Other problems like gluten sensitivity also should be ruled out. You can take gluten free food for one week and see whether it is improving. If positive then gluten containing foods should be avoided also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
