Question: Hello sir I'm 23 male I have bad odour from my perineal area which is like rotten egg smell and I'm hesitating to go.to public it was very severe that all.of my friends are telling that hey we r getting rotten egg smell from you
And also I'm getting foul smell from my answer too that I m noticed

* Relating to malabsorption where much of the food might remain undigested. In such a case a stool microscopic examination would provide valuable clues.
* It could be due to some problems in the rectum and anal canal. There could be conditions like fistula-in-ano which could be associated with foul odour. You need a thorough clinical examination for its confirmation. Sitz bath would provide relief.
