Question: my urine smells like bread dough. I have no itching.

You have noticed that your urine smells like bread dough. That smell is from yeast. You could have a yeast infection either vaginally or though your urine. I would first recommend drinking plenty of fluids and avoid alcohol that it may worsen the infection. The other possibility is diabetes as your urine as increased sugars that a yeast infection can then grow from the extra sugar. I recommend that you see a medical provider and be screened for diabetes and urine tract infection.
