What Causes Foul Odor In Semen?

Question: I have foul smelling seamen, and I don't understand why, I shower twice a day, and clean myself down there, I am 34 and have had erection problems for the last 7 years, I have started doing pelvic floor exercises and have seen some improvement, this is when I noticed the smell of my seamen, I work out 6 days a week, I am in good health, but I am very concerned about this, can you help ?
