Question: I suffer from gerd but I also have fluttering in the middle of my stomach frequently urinating I also urinate a lot at night feels like some thing pressing buttons on bladder left side hurts brown discharge no smell . Stomach bloated have to watch what I eat

I understand your concerns.

These symptoms could also be due to diabetes. Please let me know if you have done sugar levels recently.

Frequent urination could be a symptom of diabetes if not tested. Please do fasting blood sugar levels test.

Please get urine culture and sensitivity test done to identify if there is urine infection.

These tests will help me to advice you further.

Thanks for additional information.

If your blood sugar levels are normal, then this can only be advanced stage of GERD. All your symptoms fit into worsening GERD. You will need to use antacid medicines twice a day before meal.

Check with your doctor if endoscopy is required to identify damage caused by GERD.
