Posted on Mon, 28 Jul 2014
Question: I have a feeling of an air pocket in my back left side toward the middle by my shoulder balde with no pain comes and goes every so many minutes

You can feel like fluid or something in this area and when they release from that spot I can feel it go back up and it feels like tingly

I am taking toprol 25mg and a water pill 25mg. I have been on them for 1yr had tonsillectomy last year and during surgery my BP went crazy high and it was uncontrollable ended up in er 1 week later with horrible headache dizziness and numbness on left side. Went to a my current cardiologists and she did ekg echo and kidney scan plus blood work and everything was normal. Now I just take medication to keep BP down.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

I think, You have lipoma or sebaceous cyst. In that case, you should consult a surgeon for proper local examination and to get proper diagnosis with treatment. Usually such kind of swelling is painless and cause any harm. Better to consult a surgeon and in case, you need further help, you can ask.
