This was an episode of High BP.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Your readings show that you have had episodes of high BP lately..

In your age..such blood pressure does need work up.
The cause is not evident in your information in such age there must be some atypicsl cause of hypertension like renal artery stenosis, some hormonal issue or something.

At this moment you do not need to take any medical but you should visit your doctor as soon as possible to get a complete workup done.

I would suggest you to tak your BP regularly twice a day and write it down with date and time in a paper and take that BP chart with you when you visit your doctor.

Treatment options can only be considered after a diagnosis because if our blood pressure measurment is reliable then indeed this BP needs to be addressed.

Till you see your doctor reduce the amount of salt your are taking avoid coffee caffeine and use fruits and simple food.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regrads.
