What Causes Flu Symptoms Post Unprotected Sex?

default
Posted on Mon, 23 Feb 2015
Question: Hi! I had casual sex over a month ago and the condom broke. We immediately replaced it. I'm terrified of an STD, but that may be in partial fault of my anxiety and stress disorders. I'm feeling flu - like, but so have my roommate and my best friend. I'm also about to start my period, I've had what seems like a yeast infection all week and my vagina smells like bread. I've had a lot of carbs and sweets lately and not enough water. I also have what I think is razor burn on my mons pubis and labia majora - this has happened pretty much every time I shave when I started at about 16 and I was a virgin. I do have a weak immune system, always have (I wasn't vaccinated as a child). I hope and pray all this is exactly what I just said and not an STD. Additionally, I have had light bleeding every time I have had sex. I lost my virginity through rape and I fear he tore my cervix or messed it up with spermicide (I'm allergic). I've been tested 3 times, each one was negative. I have had one sex partner, as first stated, since my pelvic exams and I hope I'm just being anxious. Please help me figure this out!
