i do have high blood pressure and prediabetes i wear glasses i would say they are just age related strengh i have had it before about 6 months ago it is zig zag and round in shape it blurs my vision when its there its there all the time it does not go and come back i went to bed and when i woke up it had gone

You need to visit an ophthalmologist and get your eyes examined. You probably have floaters in your eye. The eyeball is filled with a jelly like substance called vitreous humor. It has thin attachments to the retina, the photosensitive layer of the eye. Sometime, slight pull on these connections may lead to shapes seen out of nowhere. The eye pressure also needs to be measured. The condition of the retina also needs to be assessed.

I would insist you not to ignore it.
