Brief Answer:
see doctor if it is not resolving

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
From the photo you have sent in it appears that it is just a pimple with some surrounding inflammation. I suggest that you put some antibiotic cream on it and watch it. If it becomes very red or the redness is spreading you may be developing a skin infection called cellulitis. If this happens you would need an antibiotic so you would need to see a doctor if that happens.
Hopefully it will resolve in a few days. If it does not see a doctor.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
