Brief Answer:
Don't worry, take Paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

It is not related to heart failure, maybe you have some small infection or just cold.
Take Paracetamol and your temperature will decrease. If it is a cold you will recover soon without any other intervention. In case it is an infection, you will develop other symptoms, so we can know what it is and what specific treatment you need.
So, if you have temperature during the day again or develop other symptoms, keep in touch or visit your doctor.

Hope this was of help

Wishing you good health
