What Causes Fever With Nausea?
Question: I am. Running a fever 102.0 every afternoon. I feel nauseum and very low energy

Welcome to HCM,
Fever with nausea with low energy could be due to viral origin or something else. It needs to be evaluated further by complete clinical examination with medical history and some routine blood tests.
Also,let me know,
Since how many days you are getting fever in afternoon?
Are there any other symptoms apart from fever and nausea?
Any history of past disease?
Are this medications been helpful so far?
However,if the symptoms are not troublesome then you can take OTC drugs to reduce fever like Tylenol 500 mg with tab.Ondasetron for your nausea.
You can also continue with prilosec and exedren if it is helpful to reduce fever which you are taking already.
Ampicillin is a antibiotic and mostly does not require in viral infection. Also it should be taken under doctor's supervision.
Take plenty of water and fruit juices if you are non-diabetic.
