Brief Answer:
Hepatitis serology needs to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the query at HealthcareMagic,
I have gone through your query,

Fever, nausea, body ache with elevated liver enzymes need Hepatitis (Hepatitis A, B, and C) serology done to look for Hepatitis infection as the suspected cause of symptoms.

Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider to get the necessary investigations done.
