Question: she has had her gallbladder taken out a few years back she does have a slight fever as well.
I've had kidney stones for the past few years and vomiting for past 36 hours as a small fever

Please note..

1. Vomiting is expected in Kidney stones. Especially if it is trying to get down the Ureter

2. Gall bladder is out and hence we can rule out the other cause..

3. Considering, fever I'm suspecting urinary tract infection.
Very common in Renal Stone Disease.

4. Please get these tests done..
A. Urine Routine and Culture
B. Ultrasound KUB region.

5. Preferably let her take Anti emetics.
