Brief Answer:
Stop running or atleast 5 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

It occurs in all individuals who starts jogging or do exertion in rigorous way especially biggners. So I advise you to stop jogging for 5 days and then start jogging / running only after about 30 mins of warm up.

Whenever we jog or run without warm up out body does not become accustomed to it and so muscles and ligaments gets sprained so pain occurs. Sometimes hair line fractures of small bones of foot and some times bones of leg and knee joint also occurs.

So at-last I advise you to stop jog /run for 5days so that your muscles get regenerate and then after proper warm up (so that your muscles get adequate blood supply to handle any stress) start running or do any exercise.

I hope it helps.
