Brief Answer:
due to stopping of your medicine XXXXXXX coloba, betacap

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

You are taking thaitel(probably telmisartan for hypertension) Amopress AT(Amlodipine and Atenolol for hypertension), Glycomate(probably for Diabetes) and Rozucor(Rozuastatin for lipid reduction).
All these medicines have some side effects but becoming hyper is not with these.

You were taking Pari(probably paroxetine), Coloba(?escitalopram), Betacap(Propranolol). These all medicines are useful for anxiety, depression and excessive stress. Sudden stopping of these medicines can cause occurrence of these symptoms including easy irritability. These medicines are generally given by psychiatrist.
So whatever you are feeling is due to stopping of these medicines.

Brief Answer:
You should continue medicines , see below

Detailed Answer:
hello Mr. XXXXXXX

I just gone through your reports. You have diabetes and for that you are on treatment.
Your lipid profile is also normal except increased triglycerides and anti lipid drug is also going on.
For hypertension medicines are ale there.
All of above medicines should be taken under supervision of physician/cardiologist.

As you mentioned you are taking since long anti depressant medicines, they should not be stopped suddenly.
Anxit(flupenthixol) is generally given for symptomatic anxiety treatment.(Flupenthixol in anxiety is like paracetomal for fever, but to treat malaria or typhoid you have to take antibiotic)
I hope you have not been given Danxit(Flupenthixol+melitracin)combination, as it is again banned in XXXXXXX recently(Due to its dependence potential and misused by physicians).

Sertraline will be good choice in place of paroxetine considering your hypertension and diabetes.
There is not at all need of stopping medicines though your cardiologist has told.
Please consult your psychiatrist with all these reports. He can change medicines suitable to you. You can stop medicines under supervision of psychiatrist with simultaneous behavior and psychotherapy application.

And yes in your reports Vitamin D is low.Your doctor will prescribe supplements for that.
Your thyroid report suggest hypothyroid disorder, but repeat testing needed.
Hypothyroid is highly and vitamain D deficiency sometime associated with depression and anxiety. So correction of that may help you a lot.

Hope I have answered your query,
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
