Feeling like hot air is coming out of ears, burning on head and feeling tired? What are these symptoms?

Hi, thanks for your query.
Just hot air coming out of ear with headache are very nonspecific symptoms. It does not suggest any serious disease. However emperically you can take anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac / ibuprofen combination drugs twice daily for 2 days. If symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get treated.
