Brief Answer:
High blood pressure is supected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Feeling heartbeat in ears and eye suggest high blood pressure.
The blood pressure that you have mentioned suggests increase in systolic blood pressure.
However, blood pressure is labelled as high after measuring blood pressure on three occasions.
You need to consult your doctor (preferably cardiologist) for clinical examination, measurement of blood pressure at regular intervals to diagnose hypertension.
The symptoms experienced by you can lead to serious effects so do not delay the clinical assessment.

If ou have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
