Brief Answer:
Hello needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Well you definitely have inflammation in liver needing further evaluation
Need to check hepatitis B, C virus, autoimmune hepatitis test like Ana, Asma etc and ceruloplasmin levels to look for XXXXXXX disease too.
Fatty liver disease could be a possibility which needs lipid profile sugars to be checked too.
If these tests are inconclusive then may need liver biopsy to look for cause and effect too.
In addition try following things
Reduce weight if overweight
Control diabetes if you have one
Avoid pain killers if any
Looks like not much to worry but needs detail evaluation
Hope this answers your query
Wish you a speedy recovery
Happy to help
