Brief Answer:
possible side effect

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is some systemic absorption of this medication from the eyes into the blood stream.

Fatigue is one of the symptoms that can occur with this medication , it is thought to be due to the timolol aspect of the drug.
It does not occur in everyone but if you find that it started with the use of the medication and there are no other possible causes then it may be related.

Other causes: (1) side effect of other medications
(2)infection
(3)related to uncontrolled chronic illness eg diabetes, heart , liver or kidney disease (if present and not controlled)

If there are no other causes then you may need to speak to her doctor.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
