Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that it is important performing further tests, to investigate for the possible causes:

- a cardiac ultrasound to examine your cardiac function and structure and exclude possible heart failure
- thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid dysfunction
- cortisol plasma levels for possible adrenal gland dysfunction
- respiratory function tests and blood gas analysis for possible lung disease
- a polysomnography for possible sleep apnea, which can lead to this symptomatology
- vitamin B12 plasma levels and vitamin D for possible insufficiency
- inflammation tests ( PCR, sedimentation rate).

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

If all these tests result normal, you should consider chronic fatigue syndrome as the main cause of your symptoms. In such case doluxetine would be a good treatment choice.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
