Question: If i strain left arm to much heart will beat very rapid lasts about 30 seconds i set down goes away. After heart beat seems very weak and upper left chest feels like strained musel or like bruised. have been to heart doctor and family doctor just didn"t seem very concerned Im starting to get scared Im very active person But now afraid to be very active

What you are experiencing may be due to premature ventricular complex. It's a benign arrhythmia, but other examinations are needed in order to set the right diagnosis.

If you were my patient i would recommend to do the following examinations:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- ECG (Holter) monitoring
- Stress test

If all the examinations are normal than you have nothing to worry about.
