What Causes Facial Numbness Post A Spinal Tap?

Question: can i have cranial leakage or something going on with my brain.. I had a spinal tap 2 weeks ago and 2nd blood patch 9 days ago.. im having pressure in ears, forehead, numbness in face but no headaches.. my one ear is bother ing me pain every once in awhile.. throat feels Alittle sore.. is this from spinal leakage issue or sinus infection.. could there be any complications from the blood patch with these symptoms..

am i out of the Woods for menegitis i had the blood patch on the 30th .. only reason y im asking bc I have a stiffness in my neck.. n fever or headache.. well Alittle headache but nothing big..
