What Causes Facial, Back And Chest Pain With Heavy Breathing?

Question: Hello doctor. I been having pain on my left face, the veins, my back and chest plus heavy breathing. When i lay down i feel like kind of passing out.

Hi back,

First of all can you upload your test resulrs so I'llbe able to check by myself?

Since you have gone to ER and they have excluded major emergencies I would like to recommend the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms :
- blood work (including hormonal levels)
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
- Tilt testing
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
- Doppler ultrasound examinations of both neck arteries

If all the mentioned exams will be negative (normal), then your symptoms are related to anxiety disorders and stress.
