What Causes Extremely Painful Anal Area?

Question: Extremely painful anal area. Have felt bulge of hemorrhoids before but not past few days. Do get fresh bleeding(like spotting). Feels like anus is burning or ripping with movement. Stool very soft or watery. Used hemorrhoids ointments and creams also 8hrs creme. Pain Neosporin. Pain keeps getting worse.
