Brief Answer:
no, these symptoms are not usually related to the appendix

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The main possible problem that can occur with the appendix is an infection , appendicitis.
This would cause fever, loss of appetite, vomiting, severe abdominal pain.

It is not associated with the symptoms mentioned- fatigue on walking, discomfort with eating, nausea , anxiety and lightheaded sensation.

Discomfort with eating and nausea can sometimes be related to acid reflux though there are other causes as well.
Anxiety and depressed mood can also cause these symptoms as well as the fatigue but physical disorders always have to be ruled out first.

Blood tests such as a complete blood count and thyroid function tests, would be helpful to rule out low blood count and thyroid disease as possible causes for the fatigue and dizziness.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
