Brief Answer:
General conditions such anemia and neurological disorder to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Symptoms you describe that you are suffering from, could be related to several conditions, most common ones include anemia, viral infection , Uncontrolled Blood Pressure and neurological conditions such increased intracranial pressure.

So, there is need for further investigations such blood tests ( full blood count, biochemistry panel ), neurological examination and ( if neurological condition suspected after examination ) brain imaging studies.

I suggest you to consult with your primary care Doctor about your problems and to discuss about further tests in order to achieve a correct diagnosis of your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if something not clear.

Any further query will be most welcome.

Take care.
