What Causes Extra Skin Growths On The Feet?
Question: Please couldyou tell me what this is on my feet and ankles they are like warts they start off like a pin prick size and spread

I will like to know how much time it takes for this to develop from the pin prick size to the full blown flat topped lesions. While they really look like warts in appearance, wart grow over a long time of months/years and not a short time. Also, do you have them anywhere else on your body? Have you ever had them before?

It has been coming on for a few years they are from my knees downwards but mainly on my feet and ankles i am not sure how long it takes to go from pinprick to bigger i just noticed that they were like little prinpricks spreading

This is caused by a virus called HPV. I will want to see this confirmed first through examination and testing. Then, treatment measures can be suggested. They range from destruction with nitrogen, mechanically, drugs, etc.
I will recommend a follow up with your doctor as treatment in any case requires that you get a doctor's script for procedures/drugs.
