Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
Now your problem is that of excessive sweating over the scalp along with hair fall.
I would like to tell you there are not very effective treatment options available for excessive sweating over the scalp. We do have treatment options like botox injections for localised areas of increased sweating like over palms and soles but such treatments do not work great over the scalp. Even oral drugs have not been found to be beneficial in most of the studies. The only options that stays is to keep the hair short.
As far as your problem of hair fall is concerned, it is very unlikely to be linked to increased sweating.
I would like to know more details about the type of hair loss you have. Do you have thin hair all over the scalp or the hair loss is more over the frontal part and the posterior central part which is the male pattern hair loss. Or do you have patches of complete hair loss.
You can also click some image of the scalp showing the extent of hair loss. You can upload them here on this page. You can also mail the images at YYYY@YYYY with heading as ref to Dr Geetika Paul .
Treatment of hair loss depends upon the type of hair loss that one has, so it is important to find the type that you have.
Also please tell since when have you noted this loss of hair?
What all treatments have you taken already?

I am sure I will be able to help you more once you provide me the above details and the pictures .
