Brief Answer:
Head to ER

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

All your symptoms are pointing to low blood circulation to the brain, legs and hands. This is not a good sign.
It is good to get a BP, Pulse rate, temperature and Respiration examined by the doctor at the ER or urgent clinic whichever is economical.
The cause of the poor circulation has to be ascertained. It could be environmental or organic as well.

Hope this helps you take quick decision.
