Brief Answer:
It could be due to Acid peptic disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like Acid peptic disease. Upper GI Endoscopy will give a clue.
If you are taking Unizyme tablet regularly, please stop it as it may cause Abdominal pain, vomiting sensation, loose stool. If loose stool persists even after stoppage of Unizyme, you should take a Pre and Probiotic capsule twice daily.
Please take frequent small feeds.
In my opinion, for Upper abdominal discomfort, you should take a Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Levosulpiride tablet. Results were good in my patients. If there is no response, please get an Upper GI Endoscopy.
Avoid spicy food, carbonated drinks, caffeine products.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.

Thanks Doctor XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I am grateful. But I dont have much problem in Upper GI, rather its my stomach that gets distended, well I am sure you must be right, but please reconsider. And so far I have not taken any Unizyme, barring once in a while. Please suggest

Brief Answer:
You should get an Upper GI Endoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
After taking food or water,it goes into Stomach, small intestine. After entering into the stomach, food stays for a while for enzymatic action.
If there is discomfort immediately after taking food, you should get an Upper GI Endoscopy and rule out any acid peptic disease.
Avoid outside food.
You can take a Pre and Probiotic capsule .
Hope I answered your query. If you come back with Endoscopy report,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
