Brief Answer:
Dysbiosis is the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking your query on HealthcareMagic.
Have gone through your short history ,

The symptoms you are having is because of Dysbiosis.Dysbiosis is a condition that occurs when there is an imbalance between good bacteria and bad bacteria in the gut.If you feel gas formation with bloated feeling then you have dysbiosis. The depletion of good bacteria's in your intestines which are responsible for proper food digestion leading to incomplete fermentation of undigested food hence causing excessive gas formation as a byproduct of fermentation. This gas first starts to bloat your digestive organs until it eventually finds one of two ways to escape. Either as belch or fart
.At present the initial test i would suggest you is to go for a stool routine and microscopy test to rule out bacterial or protozoal infection. As if the test is positive then a short term therapy with antibiotics and anti protozoal would be given. XXXXXXX says"Flatulence results from the production of gas by bacteria within the intestines (usually the colon) when they digest dietary sugars and polysaccharides that reach the colon undigested.Excessive flatus – this is caused by swallowing air, eating high-fibre foods, lactose intolerance or some digestive disorders. And up to 50% of excessive gas is caused by swallowing too much air.Excessive farting can also be caused by drinking hot and fizzy drinks including sodas. These drinks can cause excessive carbon dioxide in the stomach, which may lead to excessive belching and flatulence."

Some suggestions are-Start taking a good quality probiotic daily. It contains good bacteria's and would help to replenish the depleted intestinal flora. As early as the flora will replenish your problem will settle down.
Take Nexium 40 mg twice daily along with an antacid this will provide you immediate relief in bloating stomach fullness and gas problem.
Eat a proper diet.
Cap aristozyme twice daily.
Prefer to take a home made simple diet(atleast for few weeks)
Eat a diet less in fibers as they cause increase gas formation.
Avoid Fruits like pear oranges etc rich in fibers.
Take lots of yoghurt in diet it contains lactobacillus and is very good for digestion.
No pizza burger Meat Egg etc for few days.
Avoid all fatty and heavy foods.Avoid dairies.Follow this and you will start feeling better in a week or two.Regards.

Hope i answered your query well.
