Brief Answer:
Life style modification may help you

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I think you are suffering from GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and on treatment but still persisting with the symptoms.
You can follow few things,
1.Avoid spicy food as much as possible ,specially in the night.
2.Avoid smoking or alcohol consumption.
3.Have proper diet and try to eat at correct time .
4.Avoid stress
5.Wait atleast 1 hour after dinner before you go to sleep.
6.Daily regular exercise or walking for atleast 45 to 1 hour.
7.If possible get an gastroscopy to rule out how severe the refux disease is.
8.And you can consider to take tab Nexpro-L 40 mg for atleast 3 to 4 weeks and later only if necessary.
Hope this information helped you
Thank you
