Brief Answer:
excess salivation wrt bowel movement most likely wont require any treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Excess salivation during defecation may be related to anxiety or excess stimulation of the G.I tract due to a strong bowel movement. It , most likely will not require any treatment. The nausea associated with excess salivation can be due to acid reflux disease commonly known as GERD/Dyspepsia. PPIs like esomeprazole and additional metoclopramide, sucralfate can be advised in this regard for 10 days to see for improvement. A stool routine exam including for ova and parasite should also be done to look for any blood, excess mucus and worm infestation, etc.

let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health

thanks
