Brief Answer: ..... Detailed Answer: Avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Avoid carbonated beverages, tea and coffee. Avoid smoking and alcohol. A course of antacids like pantoprazole might help. Drink warm water at regular intervals. Regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Avoid lying down or exercising immediately after a meal. Wait for at least 3 hours after a meal, before lying down or exercising. If none of the measures work, visit a gastroenterologist who might do an endoscopy or colonoscopy if necessary.
