Question: I have eustatian tube disfuntion. is there any treatment to permanently cure it?

I have read your query and understand your concern.

In my opinion , Eustachian tube dysfunction in your case is because of sinus infection & allergy .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily &
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily.

You will get relief.

In your case Eustachian tube dysfunction is because of inflammation & swelling in it due sinus & allergy problem . So it can be keep in control but difficult to cure permanently .

Eustachian tube dilatation can be done in malformed eustachian tube but result is not good .
