Brief Answer:
No need to stop anti TB medication

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Raised uricacid acid with or without joint pain is not an absolute indication to stop Antitubeculosis medication. In my patients I continue them on Anti TB. medication. Uric acid can be managed with medications such as NSAID's to reduce inflammation and pain in joint area and NSAID's will take care of raised uricacid acid levels too.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a speedy recovery .

Regards
