Brief Answer:
It would be advisable to meet an immunologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Yes it is a slight cause of concern and i would strongly recommend that you meet an immunologist. This is because of your history of polyclonal gammapathy.

There are many causes for this condition and you will need a thorough renal, cardiac and liver examination, in addition to other tests.

An immunologist dealing with these type of conditions will be in a best position to guide you further. Therefore please try to meet one as soon as possible

Take care!!

Thank you so much!! I was looking at my records from 2012. One says Polyclonal another Monoclonal. The doc is no longer there but I will take your advice and see an immunologist.

Hello

Even if it is monoclonal gammopathy, we need to find out which immunoglobulin is raised and the cause for the same, the best would be to meet an immunologist.

Brief Answer:
This is a borderline increase

Detailed Answer:
Hello

There is only a borderline increase in your IgG value and you may not need any treatment.

However again i would stress the importance of meeting a immunologist as he will be in the best position to guide you.

Take care!
