Brief Answer:
Your reports are of PSA and Vit D.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern regarding your iron overload. But you attach reports of PSA, IGF and Vit D. They have no relation with iron overload. From this reports we can not comments iron status. Your prostate specific antigen and insulin like growth factor is normal. You have vit D deficiency. You should take vit D supplements according to your doctor's advice.

Please attach report of iron and ferritin so I can comment on your iron status.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.

Brief Answer:
No your reports don't suggest iron overload.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your all reports I have just received via email. I can understand your concern. First of all sorry for your inconvenience in uploading reports.
I want to give ans on your iron status. Though your UIBC is slightly low, your TIBC ans serum iron level is normal. You have slightly high iron saturation but overall these results don't indicate any iron overload. Mild chronic inflammation may cause this variation. So no need to worry about iron overload. Just be relaxed.

Now comes to your other reports, your liver enzyme is slightly elevated. It may be due to alcohol or drugs. Your uric acid, kidney function test is normal. Your cholesterol levels are somewhat altered for that you should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. You need to change your life style and diet to lower cholesterol levels. Your vit D level is lower than normal for that you should take vit D supplements. your testosterone is also low for that you should take proper nutritional with vit E.
Hope I have answered your all queries. If you have any further questions then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
