Brief Answer:
In my opinion nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

I would like to emphasize saying that your globulin levels are only mildly elevated and this could be simply because of a recent infection or just mild dehydration and so on. But let me provide you with a list of possible conditions that can cause a rise in globulin levels, but please note that these conditions cause quite a significant rise in globulin levels and not a mild rise like in your reports.

The conditions are:
-Multiple myeloma
-Hyperimmunisation
-Severe renal or liver conditions like cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome, etc.
-Acute infections (in your case possibly, a subsiding/resolving infection)
-Conditions which cause chronic inflammation (joint disorders, etc.)
and a few other less common ones.

In my opinion, I do not think any medical attention is required right now. Wait for a while (1-2 weeks) and then retest your blood protein levels and if it is still high or has increased in value then we will have to further investigate. But if you had a recent infection, then this is clearly a result of that. If at all your globulin level returns to within normal limits on the next test, then there should be nothing to worry about.

I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
There could be a chance, but needs confirmation

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

You have a good question, but there is no direct relation between the two. But, a herniated disc can result in urinary retention, which in turn can result in various urinary abnormalities including raised protein levels in the urine and blood.

But this will have to be elaborately evaluated and confirmed, so please bring this up with your doctor as well sir.

I hope you find my responses helpful sir. Please do not hesitate to write to me anytime, I am always available to help.

Best wishes.
