Question: I have a lot of water on my left elbow. It happened fast last night after riding horses. The bag of water is warm and feverish.

Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

You could be having Haematoma or blood collection at the elbow joint due to trauma.

Keep the limb elevated. Avoid bending at the elbow much. Apply ice pack to the elbow 6 times a day. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days.

If you aren't able to lift elbow or lift weights, do get an Xray of the elbow and other affected regions as well to rule out fracture of bone.
