Brief Answer: Take rest and keep the ear dry Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for the query. Meth is strong central nervous system stimulant. It has got various side effects, hypertension being one of these. It can even lead to cerebral haemorrhage. Ear bleeding can be a manifestation of one of the side effects of meth. As you have used it for the first time, my advice to you will be not to use it in future. As for the present episode, the bleeding should stop on its own with the weaning off of the effect. In case the bleeding does not stop, please consult an ENT. Do not put ant ear drops and keep the ear dry. Feel free to ask another query. Regards
