Brief Answer:
I suggest azaleic acid 20% cream at night and sunscreen during day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have answered one of your earlier queries related to the same concern, so Hello again! I understand your concern quite well.

At present are you using any products on face? Any products which i mentioned in my previous reply?

If i was the treating doctor i would suggest that you use Aziderm 20% cream. Rub it in for 20-30 seconds.
Use it once daily at night for 2 week and thereafter twice daily, once your skin adjusts to it.
This cream contains azaleic acid.
Azaleic acid is a topical retinoid. It is a skin lightening agent, promotes healthy and younger looking skin, is anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial in action as well as nomalizes abnormal keratinization that accompanies acne.
Therefore you may find this cream quite useful for your skin condition.

However i suggest that you consult a dermatologist in person and use this cream only under supervision of a dermatologist.

Also use a good broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day, to protect your skin from sun, as your skin would be sensitive.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Azaleic acid 20% cream at night in place of metrogyl

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Azaleic acid cream (Aziderm) can be used at night in place of metrogyl gel. Since dullness of skin is your main concern therefore for you Aziderm is a better option than metrogyl.
Use a gentle cleanser on face e.g cetaphil cleasing lotion, twice daily.
You can take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.

Regards
