Brief Answer:
Clinico- pathological correlation

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Your history of bubbly / wobbling feeling in upper chest on left side, dull pain in upper chest and near shoulder, normally after eating can be due to the following reason:
- Esophagitis, gastritis, GERD as your history is related to the ''after food''.
- Cardiac problem since it is on the left side.
- Considering your age of 27, anything is possible.

I would advise you the following:
- Consult a Physician for clinical evaluation and physical examination of the body, chest for local tenderness, vitals; correlation between your history and His findings.
- ECG and other tests related to the Cardiac, respiratory and GI system.
- Upper GI endoscopy.
- Treatment with PPI / Ranitidine, Antacid, symptomatic and supportive if required at the moment or after thorough work-up as advised above.
- Go for soft bland diet.
- Stress and anxiety are one of the most important factors in many of the related conditions. Learn to control.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications if you feel there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Anxiety looks to be the causative factor for all the problems.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
It is good that your ECG and X-ray Chest are normal.
This means there may not be any cardiac problem.
Anxiety looks to be your causative factor.
Burning throat may be due to GERD and the bloating due to anxiety.

Ok thanks my last ECG was about 6 montgs ago.
Does the ECG rule out cardiac issues

How can anxiety cause these bubbly feeling chest?
Pain in chest is mainly one place and the bubbly feeling also happens in one place
Pain mostly haopend when laying down

Brief Answer:
Fresh ECG and Cardilogist's opinion and investigations to rule out cardiac

Detailed Answer:
You have to have fresh ECG; Normal ECG rules out most of the cardiac problems.
This is the necessity of correlation between the tests reports and clinical evaluation with actual physical examination done by a Doctor and in your case done by a Cardiologist.
Anxiety is known to cause any somatic presentation, bubbly feeling is one of them.
The exact cause is not known how the anxiety can cause such varies presentation.
It is important to differentiate whether a given problem is due to actual organic problem (somatic) or caused by psychological reasons; or a combination of both.

Where exactly is the pain and bubbly feeling in the chest? Please give details.

The bubbly feeling is on left chest at top near the shoulder blade. Pain has gone but was around same area.

I have been to my doctor this has been going on for 6-8 months. My doctor says its nothing serious as 6 months ago he did the tests to see if its AF or heart beat issues but ECG was fine

So i been to him a few times after that he just checks it and says its ok could be anxiety and gave me propranolol for anxiety attacks 1 a day

Brief Answer:
Please think of the factors that give you anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since your Doctor has examined you, ECG is normal, pain is gone, this is a long standing problem (6 months), the worry is reduced.
Anxiety can cause the muscles to go into spasm and can cause such feelings you have, some have twitches, others have other sensation.
If a particular symptom or symptom complex does not fit into any of the classical symptoms and signs of a given disease, we can think of this as due to anxiety or stress. Yet, the most important thing is to rule out a possible disease by doing actual physical examination and the tests relevant to that particular disease.

Fine, if Propranolol is helping you, please continue.

Please feel free to share further information or ask relevant questions.
I shall be happy to assist you more.

Thanks for your appreciation and a positive feedback.
It is good that the pain is gone, must have helped to reduce your stress and anxiety. Twitching may also go.

You are too young (just 27) to think so much.
