I am always on my laptop because I'm an online college student. I do a lot of school work on my computer, so I do work for a long time on my laptop. I may have had some kind neck jerk, I'm not too sure, but I do have bad posture because I don't sit against a chair a lot of the time. Also, I do have pain on movements, but it is not all the time.

Brief Answer:
You need neck muscles exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying my answers. I believe you are having cervical spondylitis. In this as I mentioned before there is nerve compression in neck due to continue pressure.I have following suggestions for you.
1.Meet a physio and start intermittent cervical traction exercises.
2.Avoid using very high pillow and keeping neck in same position for long time. You can take 5 minutes break in between your work.
3.If pain increases than you need to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet one daily.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
