Brief Answer:
Spontaneous slow recovery is expected.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, the symptoms of dryness, lack of perspiration and feeling of heat are related to stroke. This is caused due to damage to autonomic nervous system, which controls the sweat glands.

As with other deficits after stroke, sweating disturbances too get better over time on their own. Unfortunately, there is no specific medicine to treat this. Cold air, AC, use of moisture, etc, which you are already doing, can be continued until you feel better.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
